Behavioral Regulation of Light Exposure

Panther Chameleon & Behavioral Regulation of UV Exposure - Findings: Chameleons receiving a low-vitamin-D3 diet exposed themselves to significantly more natural sunlight and UV than animals receiving a high-D3 diet. The animals adjusted their exposure according to dietary vitamin D3 status.

Northern Corroboree Frog & UV-Regulated Activity - Findings: Frogs under high UV showed lower activity than frogs under low UV (26.339 ± 0.757 vs. 35.660 ± 0.837). Survival was 100%, and growth did not differ.
